Elias (PBUH)


Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 123

وَإِنَّ إِلْيَاسَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Also Elijah was one of the messengers.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 124

إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِۦٓ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

He said to his people, “Do you not fear?
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 125

أَتَدْعُونَ بَعْلًۭا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحْسَنَ ٱلْخَـٰلِقِينَ

Do you call on Baal, and forsake the Best of creators?
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 126

ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

God is your Lord, and the Lord of your ancestors.”
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 127

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

But they called him a liar, and thus they will be brought forward.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 128

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Except for God’s sincere servants.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 129

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ

And We left with him for later generations.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 130

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِلْ يَاسِينَ

Peace be upon the House of Elijah.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 131

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Thus We reward the virtuous.
Surah 37 - As-Saaffaat : 132

إِنَّهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

He was one of Our believing servants.
